What is your return policy?

You can report problems with an order through your Printful dashboard.
Be aware that Printful may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment.

Where are returns sent?

Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

How fast are orders with warehouse products fulfilled?

Orders containing products from the warehouse inventory can be fulfilled and shipped out on the same day. To qualify for same-day fulfillment, the order must:

contain warehoused products only and all of them must be in stock
be submitted before the cut-off time of 12 p.m.
